Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance Python applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable Python code.
• Design and implement robust backend applications, services, and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain microservices using Python-based frameworks.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Optimize applications for low latency, high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement appropriate security practices and data protection measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on experience in Python.
• Excellent knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented programming.
• Strong understanding of Python application architecture and development best practices.
• Good knowledge of multi-processing, multiprocessing, concurrency, and threading concepts.
• Understanding of Python threading limitations and approaches for building scalable applications.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following Python frameworks:
  • FastAPI
  • Django
  • Flask
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of application scalability, performance optimization, and reliability.
• Experience working with software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.

Front-End Technology Exposure

Although this is primarily a backend development position, familiarity with frontend technologies will be an advantage.
